1. Conference Scholarships
   • Proposal to waive conference attendance costs (no hotel/travel) for some attendees moving forward
   • No need for a vote now, the general idea is acceptable from the board, but specifics need to be created and voted on
   • Mark will reach out to Jeffrey to come up with a proposal
2. Conference Budget (2024 North America)
   • James provided a Final Report, Eric will review the upcoming June bank statement to ensure accuracy
3. Charter Ratification
   • Based on the "Instructions for the Wikimedia Movement Charter ratification [affiliate vote]", Markus is tasked with submitting the vote for MWStake
4. Annual Report
   • Markus is looking for financial information
   • Eric-Jan noted the monthly reports are included in the Cabal Element channel and can be aggregated for a yearly report
5. Board Members
   • Cindy reached out to Rich and will follow-up
