1. Membership Dues/Benefits
   • We resolved this during the last meeting and the updated the Bylaws/Dues Dues page
2. Resolution of the work owed for previous corporate membership
   • I appears we don't have any outstanding "work owed"
3. Board member vacancy
   • Adam Shoreland needs to step down from the board
   • Cindy Would like to see more diversity on the board, but understands we don't have a sea of options
   • Some names discussed:
     1. Rich Evans
     2. Karsten Hoffmeyer
     3. Jeroen De Dauw
     4. Lydia Pintscher
     5. Someone from ArchiXL
4. Treasurer Report
   • Eric-Jan I don't have access to the data I need
   • ACTION ITEM Bryan & Mark Bryan to provide monthly pdf statements from BofA and Mark to provide monthly statements from Authorize.net
5. SMW Issues
   • Marijn is working to make SMW compatible with the latest ElasticSearch
   • There are other issues with SMW that need to be found/resolved
