- We reviewed our approach last year which included:
- Using Yaron's computer for presenters
- Using Cindy's computer at times (remote presenters?)
- Bryan needing to go into the hallway (outside the conference room) for remote presenters to avoid feedback issues
- Board voted to allow Bryan to purchase A/V equipment if needed for the conference (up to $400)
- Vote was a unanimous Yeah
- Bryan Ideally we don't need to buy anything
