Conference Scholarships
- Proposal to waive conference attendance costs (no hotel/travel) for some attendees moving forward
- No need for a vote now, the general idea is acceptable from the board, but specifics need to be created and voted on
- Mark will reach out to Jeffrey to come up with a proposal
Conference Budget (2024 North America)
- James provided a Final Report, Eric will review the upcoming June bank statement to ensure accuracy
Charter Ratification
- Based on the "Instructions for the Wikimedia Movement Charter ratification [affiliate vote]", Markus is tasked with submitting the vote for MWStake
Annual Report
- Markus is looking for financial information
- Eric-Jan noted the monthly reports are included in the Cabal Element channel and can be aggregated for a yearly report
