- Type of account - Business Fundamental Account
- Min opening balance - $100.00
- Monthly fee - $18.00
- This fee can be waived if either:
- A link BOA card (credit or debit) that uses at least $250 a month
- At least a balance of $3,000 daily
- At least a balance of $5,000 average monthly

- Completed Business Resolution Authorization form (Original)
- EIN number
- Articles of Incorporation
- Certified Copy of Corporate Resolutions (Bylaws)
- Min opening balance of $100.00
- Utility bill (Mark asked if we can do without)
