			#** Markus noted that there might be non-financial conflict of interest topics so combining into finance might not be ideal
			#* Bryan asked if we should combine into the director section (5.9) since either (financial or non-financial) effects directors

			#** Mark suggested we reach out to Frank, then follow-up with the lawyers if needed
			# Markus asked if voting by email ("circular agreement") were permitted since he couldn't find an answer in the bylaws, but another group's bylaws he is familiar with allows it
