- Bryan discussed the status of incorporation/non-profit status
- The critical path item is finalizing the Bylaws
- There are only a few items remaining to finalize
- Please take a look at the document and specifically the highlighted sections
- We can change things later, but it is much easier to change things now
- Volunteer to keep the mwstake.org calendar up to date (manually or automatically)

- The need exists to make information easier to the group
