    The critical path item is finalizing the Bylaws
    There are only a few items remaining to finalize
    Please take a look at the document and specifically the highlighted sections
    We can change things later, but it is much easier to change things now
  • Volunteer to keep the mwstake.org calendar up to date (manually or automatically)
    Brief discussion without a resolution
    The need exists to make information easier to the group
  • Volunteer to archive these meetings notes to mwstake.org after meetings (manually or automatically)
    For now Bryan will transfer meeting notes from Etherpad to mwstake.org (manually)
    If anyone has ideas about a structured approach to capturing the notes, discuss on Riot or the next meeting

    Greg talked about creating a method to capture help content & images that can be shared
    I've briefly discussed this with Yaron, to see if I could re-use his book contents.
