  • Now we're recognized. Next task: exchange, build up community
  • Saturdays as special event days (once a quarter)
  • Allow experts to showcase their work + QA
  • How can we expand the audience?
    • Set up a permanent hangout
    • Record these sessions
  • First topics
    • Mark: could be migrate XML to Content Handler
    • WikiEM: content offline
    • There are several others
  • Two topics per session (maybe expand this to two hours and 4 topics later on)
    • Matching different levels of skills to developers and user base
  • Provide for a mixed level of skills by having
