1. Advisory Committee for Wikimedia DC
   • Cindy I spoke with Peter Meyer, president of Wikimedia DC. He has a request: "https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/North_American_Hub_Research_Project We invite a Stakeholder board member or event organizer – someone with meaningful experience in the movement – to join this listed Advisory Committee. We who are doing the project will be reporting in to the Advisory Committee, getting advice, and Advisory Committee members may be asked afterward if we did a good/complete job. The project per se is to gather information from (a) other affiliates, (b) other nonprofits, and (c) North American Wikimedians to develop ideas and maybe consensus about how these affiliates might work together efficiently or reshape themselves. It’s interesting and friendly; nothing difficult. No need to read a hundred pages to prepare or anything like that."
   • A vote was taken on whether we should commit a MWStake Board member
     • - Unanimous Yes
   • Bernhard There is an upcoming WikiCon 2023
     • That is the German language wiki community
     • I know Claudia Garad personally, so if we want to reach out to WM Europe, I can do that, also the WikiCon 2023 is going to be Held in Linz/Austria and I will support them.
   • There is an upcoming Wikimedia Europe
   • Cindy Need to discuss with the North American Board Members (Mark, Cindy, & Bryan)
2. Obligations to Members
   • Mark We should review the Membership Benefits to align with what we are capable of providing
   • Eric-Jan We might have obligations to members to fulfill previous promises (see Phabricator)
   • Cindy We should check to understand if we already fulfilled any of these obligations via conference organizations, extension maintenance, etc.
     • Markus to create a report of what we have done.
   • Cindy We need to remove the obligations from the Membership Benefits
   • Bryan To create a export of the credits to the BofA account
3. SMWCon 2023
   • Bernhard The conference will be December 11-13 in Paderborn, Germany
   • Bernhard Can we use MediaWikiCon?
     • Cindy Not yet, we could do MediaWikiComCon (MediaWiki Community Conference)
