1. Bryan EMWCon Updates
   • Audio/Video setup
     • We reviewed our approach last year which included:
       1. Using Yaron's computer for presenters
       2. Using Cindy's computer at times (remote presenters?)
       3. Bryan needing to go into the hallway (outside the conference room) for remote presenters to avoid feedback issues
     • Board voted to allow Bryan to purchase A/V equipment if needed for the conference (up to $400)
       • Vote was a unanimous Yeah
       • Bryan Ideally we don't need to buy anything
   • MWStake "organizing/backing/coordinating/etc."
     • Bryan to add text to the conference page
2. Bernhard Semantic MediaWiki Sponsoring Opportunities
   • Proposal to help with future SMW development/mainenance
   • Working document
   • General feedback is welcome
   • MWStake is mentioned. So after EMWCon we should talk about the role the MWStake could have in it. Basically it would be the donation of "outside" money, let's say from individuals or organizations who are using SMW and want to donate funds (with or without logo placement). I guess MWStake could be an organization collecting money and at the board we could decide what to do with it. We would just need some kind of way to "tag" the donation so we know how much is regular MWStake membership and how much was targeted towards SMW.
