Bryan EMWCon Updates
- Audio/Video setup
  - We reviewed our approach last year which included:
    1. Using Yaron's computer for presenters
    2. Using Cindy's computer at times (remote presenters?)
    3. Bryan needing to go into the hallway (outside the conference room) for remote presenters to avoid feedback issues
  - Board voted to allow Bryan to purchase A/V equipment if needed for the conference
    - Vote was a unanimous Yeah
- MWStake "organizing/backing/coordinating/etc."
