1. MWStake.org and WikiApiary.org hosting
   • Mark Bryan Davis mentioned we need to get of WMF hosted sites for MWStake.org and WikiApiary.org hosting
     • The need is due to Static IP addresses, not necessarily banddwith or hosting costs
   • Bryan I just want to make sure we're financially secure before committing to this
     • For example, we should have enough in the bank to cover a few months hosting costs & have enough members to pay a percentage of the fees
   • Mark OK, we should have a goal of X months of "liquidity"
     • Let's shoot for 6 months
     • Goal of taking over hosting in 2 months
2. Code of Conduct (CoC)
   • Cindy Amir Sarabadani was the contact used to start the CoC
     • Finding out how they handle issues (anonymous reporting, etc.)
   • There are some legal issues
     • We should have our processes reviewed by WMF legal
   • We are following their (WMF) rules & processes as close as possible (but don't have a legal team ourselves)
3. Conference Platforms
   • Some options include:
     1. Zoom
     2. Hopin
     3. Wonder
     4. Gather Town
     5. Miro
     6. BigBlueButton
     7. Remo
     8. Airmeet
   • We will be testing some out in the next few weeks
4. MWStake Machinery
   • Markus & Bryan to discuss what is required for MWStake (Annual Meetings, etc.) at the next board meeting
