1. MWStake Phab Tasks
   • Eric-Jan Phab Board
2. Real Time Editing
   • Eric-Jan Wikibase is creating functionality for Real Time Editing
     • See Real Time collaboration discussion on Element
   • Markus Hallo Welt/Blue Spice is also working on Real Time Editing (see Element link above)
     • Can MWStake obligations via membership sponsorship help? We have spent 200+ hours on this so far so the 10-20 hours from a membership sponsorship would be helpful but very small in the overall scheme
   • Cindy We need to rework MWStake Sponsorship Obligations, ideally to represent our work on Conferences vs. direct project requests
   • Markus We need to find a way to support/develop/maintain heavily used but currently unmaintained MW extensions
3. SMWCon 2023
   • Do we have a location and General Chair?
   • Any information about using the new name "MediaWikiCon"?
     • Cindy I will follow-up
   • Bernhard Still looking for a conference location
     • If we are able to use the new conference name "MediaWikiCon", then there might be a benefit to be online only and try to get as much attendance as possible
   • Markus I will ask, but I'm not hopeful for Hallo Welt to host
